I’m not good enough
Compared to what? To that friend who wins at everything, the co-worker that got the position you wanted, or the sibling that your parents seem to compare you to? Stop it, none of those matter, you are 100% good enough to the best of your ability. Each person has different characteristics that make them special and instead of focusing on the things you are not good at, you should be focusing on the things that you are. Embrace who you are and stop limiting yourself based on your false belief of not being good enough.

I’ll never be able to / I won’t accomplish anything
Sure won’t if you believe that and keep telling yourself this lie. Humans have a unique ability of making up excuses so they don’t have to fail. Limiting yourself before you are even able to try is failure in itself. At least if you try and fail you will know what roadblocks you will have to conquer next time. If you never try you will never know what you are truly able to do in life either.

What others think/say about me defines me
What others say and think about you is none of your business. They believe what they believe based on their own insecurities, fears, and reality – not yours. If you don’t want what the person has who is putting you down, then why care what they think so much? What negative nasty people think about you is not the truth; it’s only the truth if you make it so. The only person you need 100% approval from is you. If you respect, love, and approve of yourself, others will too.

I should be further along in life
Further along then what or who? You are exactly where you are supposed to be at this moment until you change your thinking to positive thoughts. When you change your negative thinking about you and your life, you will be further along. Most people are unaware that they are their biggest roadblocks when it comes to making their dreams come true. The more you think positive thoughts and about what you want out of life, the less time you think about what you don’t have. Dream big and then go after your dreams with the same energy you put into putting yourself down. Take action and go for it!

I’ll never fix it
Well since you know that you won’t ever be able to fix it, why bother? What’s the point, right? I think you know what I am going to say to this. You don’t know what you will be able to fix or make right. It’s not your job to know that either. Your job is to try anyway. Your job is to be positive and believe that miracles happen even if you can’t see any hope. Life is about the journey and you should be living it as if it’s the first day, and not the last. You will never know what you are able to fix if you never try.

I don’t have the money, I won’t be able to do, I am not good enough, it’s just not possible should be eliminated from your vocabulary.

My experience has shown me that if I want it bad enough I will do whatever it takes to get it (provided I don’t hurt others of course) and you know what I found out? It works, it really works. All these amazing things began to happen – my life and my dreams began to merge. It all started with one positive thought that lead to one positive action. After sometime practicing this new belieaf, there was just no room for those negative thoughts anymore.
